Satsuki is one of M. Bison’s “Dolls”, young women altered by mad science and his Psychodrive to become mindlessly loyal superhuman assassins who would give their lives for him. All of the Dolls were trained by Vega, and are directly subordinate to him, though their ultimate loyalty lies with Bison.
Satsuki, like all the “normal” Dolls, is a superhuman martial artist, probably about on par with a lower-tier Ranma martial artist like Kodachi. Other than the fact that she is from Japan, is intended to represent the month of May, and carries a sword, little is known about her.
